These Terms & Conditions form an agreement between you and EZGSTBill and apply to our website, application and related services (“Services”). By creating an account or using the Services, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms and our Privacy Policy.
You must have legal capacity to enter into this agreement and use the Services in accordance with applicable Indian laws.
Your account and security
- Provide accurate registration and business information and keep it reasonably current.
- Keep your password and account access confidential and use reasonable security precautions.
- You are responsible for activity performed through your account and assigning appropriate user access.
- Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
Acceptable use
You may use the Services for lawful business purposes. You must not disrupt, reverse engineer, overload or gain unauthorised access to the Services; upload malicious content; misuse another person's data; or use EZGSTBill in a way that violates law or third-party rights.
Your data and responsibilities
You retain responsibility for the business data you enter. You authorise us to process it as necessary to operate, secure and support the Services. You are responsible for the accuracy of invoices, tax classifications, returns, accounts and filings produced from your information, and for reviewing them before submission.
EZGSTBill helps prepare business and GST information, but it does not replace professional accounting, tax or legal advice.
Subscriptions, charges and refunds
Features, subscription periods and prices shown when you purchase a plan form part of these terms. Charges are payable using offered payment methods and may include applicable taxes. Unless required by law or expressly stated at purchase, paid subscription charges are non-refundable. We encourage users to evaluate available free features before purchasing.
Service availability and changes
We work to keep EZGSTBill available and reliable, but continuous or error-free operation cannot be guaranteed. Maintenance, security incidents, network failures or events outside our control may interrupt access. We may improve, replace or discontinue features and will use reasonable efforts to communicate material changes affecting paid use.
Intellectual property
EZGSTBill and its software, design, branding and documentation remain owned by EZGSTBill or its licensors. These terms provide a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the Services while your account is active; they do not transfer ownership.
Warranties and responsibility
To the extent permitted by law, the Services are provided on an “as available” basis. You remain responsible for business decisions, statutory filings and maintaining suitable copies of important records. EZGSTBill will not be responsible for indirect or consequential loss where such exclusion is permitted by law. Nothing limits rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be limited.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the service, respond to non-payment, investigate misuse or comply with law. Where practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.
Governing law and updates
These terms are governed by applicable laws of India. We may update them to reflect service or legal changes. Revised terms will be posted here with an updated date, and material changes may be communicated through the application or your account contact details.
